Kids Center
With work and family, we understand the difficulty in finding time for the gym. We are here to help by providing our Kids Center. This is a supervised space for your child to play while you enjoy a workout, fitness class or training session. It’s complimentary with any membership and available Monday through Friday, 8 am, 12 pm, then 4 pm to 7:30 pm.
City Blends Smoothie Bar
Refresh and replenish from your workout with a well-deserved smoothie from City Blends. Our menu consists of a variety of flavors that can be customized based on your taste. Choose from a number of add-ins such as wellness pack, energy pack, creatine and many more for added healthy benefits.
Supplement Sale
The Fitness Center offers a variety of supplements perfect for supporting your fitness routine. Swing by and browse our selection of pre-workouts, BCAAs, whey protein, and various other products. Our fitness professionals will give you the best advice on what supplement is perfect for you.
Massage Therapy
Relax and unwind after a stressful day with our on-site massage therapist, Jerri Bernays, LMT. Jerri offers both chair and table massages and operates by appointment only. To schedule, please call

Salon Tanning
The Fitness Center’s mission is to bring confidence to all of our clients. Most of us feel more confident with a sunkissed tan. We offer a Sunfire 42 Bulb commercial stand up bed with optional face tanner. Each session lasts for a maximum of 12 minutes. $25 per month or $6 per session.
Airbrush Tanning
When you need an immediate and safe glow, airbrush tanning is a great choice. We use Aviva all natural express tanning solution, safe for all skin types. No more waiting 8 hours to shower.
